TICKET INFORMATION UPDATE
Public Talk on non-violence by His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the Gentile Arena, Loyola University Chicago,
6526 N. Winthrop Ave. Chicago, IL 60626 on Thursday, April 26, 2012 (9:45 to 11:30 AM).

As of Monday, February 20, Tickets in the price range of $40, $80 and $120 are available. The SKU/Order number last entered is G0502. Tickets are not available online. Since heavy scalping took place during last two visits of H.H. the Dalai Lama, TIBETcenter does not want to sell tickets online, either directly or taking the services of any internet company. We need to exercise meticulous efforts to ensure that those who wish to come do not need to pay 2 or 3 times the price.

1. Ticket prices are $40, $80 and  $120 except for Sponsorship tickets. The seating capacity of the Gentile Arena is about 4,000. We plan to sell 1,200 seats @ $40, 1,100 seats @ $80, 1000 seats @120, and the remaining seats will be kept for High School students (452), guests, sponsors, Event Committee members (90), Tibetan Artistes (76), and Non-Tibetan Artistes (18).
2. Please do not send payment with Ticket Order Form. Payment will be requested later.
3. Ticket sales are limited to 7 per person overall.
4. Limit of 3 tickets in any price range at 25% discount for TIBETcenter members, with 4 additional tickets available at regular price.
5. Limit of 2 tickets in any price range at 25% discount for Former TIBETcenter members, with 5 additional tickets available at regular price.
6. Tickets will be released in stages in March/April on the basis of a PAYMENT FORM (download when posted).  Please come within the date range designated for your order. Uncollected tickets will go to “Second Chance/opportunity” category, so that you can come to pay and collect within the date range designated for “Second Chance”.
7. There are 4 ways to collect your order, namely (a) Come within the date range, (b) Send a representative, (c) Email us to send your order to the address on PAYMENT FORM, (d) Collect at the WILL CALL. For option (a) and (b), you may download PAYMENT FORM or collect at TIBETcenter. For option (c) and (d), download PAYMENT FORM and mail to TIBETcenter along with check or Credit card details.
8. Tentative Schedule for Ticket Release and Payment:

Under SKU, “M”=TIBETcenter Members, “T”=Tibetans, “P”=TIBETcenter Promoters. It is important for TIBETcenter members and the Tibetans to know that discounts are given to them, invited 3 days earlier than “G” to get tickets, and the time given for pick-up is longer, but “NO TICKETS ARE BLOCKED FOR “M” & “T”.  The Event Coordinator would like to reiterate this fact so that disappointments are minimized when tickets are sold out.
9.    Week ends are working days for us from March 12 through April 15. It will be more convenient for you, our Event Support Staff, and our volunteers if you come between 3:00 and 8:00 PM.
10.  One time payment will be made for all tickets ordered.
11.  Should your mailing address change over time, please notify TIBETcenter promptly, so that tickets are mailed to the correct address.
12.  Tickets are purchased for yourself, relatives, friends and colleagues, and not for resale.
13.  All checks relating to April 26 event should be made to: TIBETcenter/Dalai Lama Event. All major credit cards are accepted with an administrative charge of $2.00 per ticket.
